When will my order be processed?
When your order is placed, it takes up to 24 hours to process. Orders are shipped within one (1) business day. Online downloads may be obtained immediately after purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within one (1) business day. Depending on which shipping option you chose will determine about how long it takes to arrive. (see next FAQ for pricing and times)
Online downloads may be obtained immediately after purchase. You will be able to download your software on the confirmation page. If you do not reach the confiirmation page, you will receive an email with a download link. Also, be sure to check your email for your registration Code to activate the software.
How much does shipping cost?
Each item has a handling charge of $4.75 in addition to the shipping charge. See the chart below for shipping costs and anticipated times for delivery:

Is my order secure?
Yes! Visual Veggies Software uses PayPal to process orders. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and payments from your PayPal account. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.
If I have a question about the order after it has been placed, who can I contact?

If I do not wish to order over the internet, do you accept telephone orders or can I mail in an order with a check?
No and yes. At this time, Visual Veggies Software cannot accept orders over the phone. You may however, fill out an order form and mail it in with a check or money order. Download the order form here: Visual Veggies Software Order Form
Will my information be sold or rented to another company?
Absolutely not! All of your contact information is safe with Visual Veggies Software. On occasion, Visual Veggies Software may email you if a new product is available. You can also be contacted by Visual Veggies Software to verify your mailing address if you referred a friend, coworker, or fellow student who also purchased a program. This verification contact would take place to make sure we have your current address on file to send your referral check. To read more about the Referral Program, please click here.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, orders are only accepted to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Canada and Mexico residents will be charged a surcharge of $5.00. Also, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping options are only available to US residents.
Do you accept returns?
Unregistered software may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund
- • Unopened, unregistered: Full refund minus shipping & handling
- • Opened, unregistered: Refund minus 20% restocking fee and minus shipping & handling
- • Opened, registered: Software will be returned to the customer with no refund granted
Sometimes mistakes do happen.
- • If you purchased the wrong software title, you may return the unopened software for an exchange. No additional charges apply.
- • If Visual Veggies sends out the wrong software title, you may return the unopened software for exchange. In this event, I will issue you a 5% refund for my mistake.
- • If your Visual Veggies Software package arrives damaged, please send this back for a replacement. If the software has been registered, no refund or exchange will be granted.
